Driving

Self-driving to Mt Buller is easy. You will travel on modern highways with breathtaking scenery along the way. Contact us via email and we will send you a step by step travel plan.

During the declared snow season (June - October) you must carry and fit snow chains where directed. Remember antifreeze in your radiator.

At our resort entry base in Mirimbah, you will be greeted and advised of current road conditions.

Once you reach the upper car parks, our parking attendants will show you where to secure your vehicle. Importantly, leave your handbrake OFF and your car in gear (as avoids freezing the brake on).

If you are staying in the village our 4WD over snow taxis will take you from your vehicle direct to your accommodation.

Flying

Only some 3 hours drive from Melbourne, Mt. Buller is the closest ski resort to the international terminal at Melbourne airport.

Travelling within Australia to Melbourne there are fantastic airfares available through Virgin Blue and Qantas Airlines.
